  • Dave Bennett

    Dave joined Atkins in January 2021 to lead Operations, Improvements and Innovation in the UK and Europe business.

    He has previously led business Operations in the Civil Infrastructure and Buildings markets across UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa and has also led the development of a Social Value strategy ensuring investments and activities target the communities that need most support and use the skills of our teams where they can best add value.

    Dave is also a trustee of The Hive College in Birmingham an Independent Specialist College aimed at helping students with special educational needs and disabilities into employment and promote their independence and confidence.

  • Hannah Leggatt

    Hannah Leggatt

    Hannah is an award-winning environmental specialist who has over 14 years' experience in delivering environmental excellence in projects and within previous organizations including Kier Group, Amey and being client side on the HS2 project. Her most recent role is as Head of Environment and Sustainability Delivery for the Clancy Group.

    She is also a published technical co-author whose paper on “Minimising Carbon Emissions at HS2 Phase One Stations” was published in the ICE’s High Speed Two (HS2): Infrastructure Design and Construction (Volume 2) 2021 and a recognised member of the Institution of Environmental Sciences (IES).

  • Joanne L Ellson BA (Hons) Dip Arch RIBA

    Joanne is a qualified Architect who has worked predominately in the residential sector within the West Midlands for over 25 years.

    Her passion for creating space which enhances the users environment has fuelled her constant desire to understand new methods of construction and technology.

    She was invited to join Jericho Construction as a Trustee to add architectural comment to both the direction of Jericho Construction developments and assist where necessary with the planning and building regulations process.

    When she is not designing fabulous spaces for clients, she moves her creativity into her painting. Not being one that keeps still for too long, she loves the gym and also long cycle rides, as long at there is a pub on the way.

  • Paul O'Driscoll

    Paul is a Chartered Surveyor with almost 40 years experience in the residential construction, development and maintenance sectors.

    Having spent most of his career in the social and affordable housing sector, he is now working with one of the Government’s development corporations and holds a number of non-executive roles. His current appointments include board and committee membership of two housing associations and membership of the RICS Housing Supply Working Group, through which he contributes to housing policy development and engages with Government and other agencies.

  • Dr Zac Dixon

    Zac came to Birmingham for university in 2000 and ended up undertaking a PhD in the field of the Political Sociology of Work and Employment.

    Since this time, Zac has worked as a Business Development and Bidding professional across each of the design, build, finance and operate elements of the construction industry. Currently he is an Associate Bid Director for AECOM, helping lead their largest engineering and construction bids across Europe and further afield.

    In recent years, Zac’s roles in the world of bidding have been greatly impacted by the Social Value agenda - providing fantastic opportunities to help influence the delivery of engineering and construction projects so they can more directly benefit the communities where they are occurring, something Zac is hugely passionate about.
