Description of work undertaken:
Alteration and refurbishment of existing offices into 21nr 1 bed apartments and 2nr 1 bed accessible flats plus laundry included stripping out existing office areas and constructing new lift shaft and lift car, replacing main felt, flat roof with insulated GRP, replacement of existing steel windows with uPVC and feature panelling system, new heating, plumbing and electrical works throughout, new walls, internal finishes and decoration.
4nr Apprentices and 8nr ex-offenders were employed on the project.
